How do I book?
Use Book: pick a service, add your address, scope, details and timing, then send. We reply by email.
Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
No. It's a request. We confirm availability, scope and price by email before anything is booked.
How is my price worked out?
You pay your pro's hourly rate for the time worked, with a 1-hour minimum (some pros set 2 hours) and 15-minute steps after that. On top of the labour we add a 15% Trust & Support fee that funds support, safety and our guarantee. It is not charged on supplies or tips. Agreed supplies are added at cost, and tips are optional and go entirely to your pro.
When is my card charged?
When you book, we place a hold for the estimate. Your pro sends the final invoice within 24 hours of finishing. You can add a tip and approve it; if you do nothing, it is charged 24 hours after it arrives. If something looks wrong, tell us within that window at sales@arqs.ca.
What if I cancel?
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the start time, or within 5 minutes of booking. Later cancellations, or not being there when your pro arrives, cost 1 hour of the pro's rate plus the fee on that hour. Most of that goes to the pro for the time they kept free.
For pros: what do I earn and what do I pay?
You keep 100% of your hourly rate, approved supply expenses and tips; the customer pays our fee on top. Joining costs a one-time, non-refundable CA$29.99 registration and background-check fee, and paying it does not guarantee approval. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Yes. Reply to our email or write to sales@arqs.ca.

Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, plus requests from the Okanagan.
