Chief Technology Officer
Target $180,000–$250,000
Reports to: Admiral Ack / Founder
Lead architecture, engineering, AI systems, security, deployment and technical organization. Planned senior role; timing and final compensation subject to funding and approved employment terms.
Software Engineers
Target $90,000–$160,000
Reports to: CTO / designated technical lead
Full-stack systems, AI integrations, APIs, data systems, product engineering, testing and deployment. Multiple future positions anticipated.
AI Automation Engineers
Target $100,000–$170,000
Reports to: CTO / automation lead
Agent workflows, Make, APIs, orchestration, CRM, data pipelines and business-process automation.
Research & Intelligence Analysts
Target $70,000–$120,000
Reports to: Intelligence lead
Competitive intelligence, market research, risk analysis, verification, sourcing and decision-ready reporting.
Product & UX Designers
Target $80,000–$140,000
Reports to: Product / technical leadership
Customer journeys, digital products, interfaces, Figma systems, conversion flows and product packaging.
Sales & Business Development
Target $70,000–$120,000 + incentives
Reports to: Founder / commercial lead
Sell ARQS AI services, intelligence reports, automation, training, publishing products and enterprise solutions. Variable compensation may be added by role.
Digital Advertising & Growth
Target $70,000–$130,000
Reports to: Commercial / growth lead
Paid media, landing pages, content systems, campaign testing, acquisition and analytics.
Editors, Designers & Publishing Specialists
Target $55,000–$100,000
Reports to: ARQS Press leadership
Editorial QA, covers, metadata, production, distribution and multilingual publishing.

Reports to: Northline Technology Institute Online University leadership
